Hi,

I recently brought a BTL property that required extensive renovation. After 3 months hard labour we have now rented the house and are awaiting the 6 months ownership period to expire in order to remortgage (it was only a 50% LTV).

Does anybody know if it is possible to remortgage early as we need the equity to purchase another house as we have fallen slightly short on the deposit.

Any help much appreciated.
