Building Permit
A building permit is a certificate that is required from the municipality by the property owner or contractor before a building can be erected, constructed, converted, remodelled or demolished.
It must be posted in a conspicuous place until the job is completed and passed as satisfactory by a municipal building inspector.
The Department of Facilities Management reserves the right to approve or
disapprove any applications submitted for building permits that do not conform
to applicable code/regulation requirements or those not designed in accordance
with ASU standards.
